Step #4: Accountability

This phase requires 2-way communication strategies and tactics. SARA will stay with you to manage and monitor progress of the plan by facilitating communication from the top down and bottom up. This phase includes scheduled status and progress checks, ensuring that every element of the plan is being executed, celebrating progress and recognizing achievements, and working with leadership to tweak and communicate as needed.

A FINAL NOTE:
